In order to further improve the teaching skills and abilities of teachers,promote the communication and peer learning among teachers,and comprehensively improve the quality of teaching,Shanghai Pacican Foreign Language School successively launched the open class activities for young teachers from May 15th to 24th.
公开课活动由学校教导处统一部署,分科、分级、分组磨课、评比,中小学部10余位教师依次亮相,充分展示了博外教师扎实的教学基本功和独特风范。
The open class activities were uniformly arranged by the school's education administration.There were 13 teachers from primary and secondary schools participating in the activities who were grouped according to their subjects and classifications.They piloted their classes and had the final competition,which fully demonstrated the solid basic teaching skills and unique styles of the teachers.

The teachers carefuly prepared the classes and explained their teaching knowledge thoroughly and vividly.They effectively guided and helped build the students'cognitive ability,which fully mobilized students'initiatives and stimulated students'strong thirst for knowledge.The performances of the students were also very good.They actively interacted with the teacher and fuly participated in learning activities.The classroom atmosphere was active and vivid,which has left a deep impression on the teachers.
